Washington-Beijing Culture Exchange Association (WBCEA) is an independent 503(c)(3) non-profit organization designed to promote culture and art exchange between the United States and China. The association broadens the support for community development, social service, education, arts and culture.

Our mission is to promote cultural exchanges between the United States and China. With our bilingual capabilities and extensive connections betwenn two great countries, we are dedicated to promote educational cultural exchanges through our student summer camp program. The ultimate goal of WBCEA is to promote cultural exchange and foster mutual understanding and friendship between the United States and China by sending Chinese American high school students to China for long or short term study. We hope that our work will contribute to building a peaceful worldwide community that has greater understanding and tolerance of other cultures though global exchanges if ideas.
